HXRF-120EXRF material analysis device model
دستگاه آنالایزر مواد XRF ساخت هوآتک در کمتر از دو ثانیه آنالیز مواد را به شما (تا سه عدد اعشاری) و محتوای ppm نمایش میدهد . آزمایش HXRF-120E تنها چند ثانیه طول می کشد و شناسایی درجه آلیاژها فقط 1 یا 2 ثانیه طول می کشد. این کار باعث تسهیل عملکرد توسط کاربران غیر فنی می شود.
آزمایش HXRF-120E آسیبی نمی بیند و هیچگونه تاثیر سوء بر استفاده از نمونه ها نمی گذارد. در کل فرایند آزمایش هیچ آسیبی پیش بینی نشده است.
این دستگاه دارای نرم افزار آنالیز پیشرفته ای است ( کلید فولاد ) که شما را برای تشخیص متریال اصلی کمک میکند .
HXRF-120E برای شناسایی مواد آلیاژی (PMI) برای بازرسی ورودی مناسب است ؛ مدیریت موجودی مواد ؛ بازرسی مجدد مصالح ساختمانی در ساختمان پتروشیمی ، ذوب فلزات ، مخزن تحت فشار ، نیروگاه ، صنایع پتروشیمی ، مواد شیمیایی خوب ، داروسازی ، هوافضا و سایر موارد صنایع برای جلوگیری از حوادث ایمنی جدی ناشی از مواد مخلوط یا فاقد صلاحیت. HXRF-120E مطابق با استاندارد ANTM ، استاندارد ملی چین (GB) ، UNS ، استاندارد صنعت برق (DL) ، API ، JIS ، GMP ، TSG ، استاندارد صنعت مکانیک (JB) و غیره است.
داده ها را می توان از طریق USB ، WIFI و بلوتوث منتقل کرد و در قالب های Excel ، pdf یا سایر فرمت ها ذخیره کرد. کاربران می توانند گزارش ها را با افزودن آرم شرکت ، آدرس ، نتایج آزمایش ، طیف و موارد دیگر (مانند توضیحات محصول ، مبدا کالا و شماره دسته) سفارشی کنند. سرویس ذخیره اطلاعات i-cloud اختیاری است. داده ها می توانند به سیستم برنامه ریزی منابع سازمانی (ERP) منتقل شوند.

1.Excellent Performance
HXRF-120E shows element symbols in both English and Chinese. With high precision, high testing speed and comparable results to even that of laboratory equipment, HXRF-120E displays alloy grade and elements percentage content (up to three decimals) and ppm content in an apparent way.
2.One-touch operation
HXRF-120E test lasts only a few seconds and identification of alloy grades takes only 1 or 2 seconds. This facilitates operation by non-technical users.
3.Nondestructive testing (NDT)
HXRF-120E test does not damage or have any adverse effect on the use of samples. No damage is foreseen in the entire test process.
4.Analysis software
Analysis software is a professional analysis software which enables the users to easily configure passwords, customize analysis reports attached with company LOGO HUATEC and implement remote control of machine; users can edit alloy grade library, add their own grade number or define their own company’s alloy brands; the software also allows automatic calibration of instrument and diagnosis of problems in a remote way; the software can be updated via Internet.
5.Scrap metal recycling and sorting
Scrap metal recycling, reuse, and on-site analysis and sorting. HXRF-120E offers a rapid and reliable identification of the scrap metals when scrap metals are transacted between buyers and sellers. HXRF-120E delivers quantitative element analysis of iron alloy, copper alloy, aluminum alloy, copper-iron alloy,lead-tin alloy, mixed alloys, etc, and rapid identification and sorting of these alloys on the site.
